Request for Candidates

The annual election of the Board of Director’s will be held in September. If you are interested in serving on the Board of Directors, please complete and submit the Request for Candidates form by 5:00pm on Friday, July 26th.


Seal Coat Project Postponed

The seal coat project scheduled for Friday, June 21, 2019, Tuesday, June 25, 2019, and Friday, June 28, 2019 has been postponed. You may park in the community and the streets will not be closed.

The project will take place in late August or early September.


Pool Opening & Street Closures

The pool renovation is complete, however the OC Health Authority will need to inspect the project before the pool can be opened. Unfortunately, their first availability is on June 18, 2019. The pool should be open in late June. We apologize for the delay.

Street closures and limited parking will take place on June 21st, 25th, 26th, 28th and 29th. Please reviewed the attached Seal Coat Notice and map for information on the street closures.


Upcoming Community Events and Projects

Annual Garage Sale: The annual garage sale will take place on June 1, 2019. Please see the attached flyer for information on how to register for the sale.

Pool Renovation: The pool renovation is expected to be completed in mid May.

Seal Coat Project: Repair work is tentatively scheduled on May 21, 2019. (No street closures)

Sandblasting is tentatively scheduled on June 21, 2019. (No street closures, however there will be no parking on the street or in parking spaces)

Seal Coat will be applied June 25th and June 28th.  Street closures will take place from 7:00am to 5:00pm the following day. More details about the street closures will be mailed to Homeowners in May.

 

 

 


Large Item Disposal

Do you have a large item, such as a mattress or furniture, that you need to throw out?

Please do not leave these items in the trash enclosure area. It blocks other owners from getting to the trash cans and blocks the refuse company from emptying the trash containers.

Please contact Action Property Management to schedule a pick-up of the items and we will instruct you on when and where to leave them for pick-up.

Pool Renovation

The pool area is closed for renovation. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

The newly renovated area will be opened in the Spring.

Annual Meeting

The annual meeting has been adjourned to November 14, 2018 at 6:30pm.

The annual election of the Board of Directors is in process. If you have not yet mailed back your ballot, please do so. Returning your ballot will help the community reach quorum so that the election can be finalized. If quorum is not met meetings must continue to be held in an effort to reach quorum. This can add additional cost to the association.

 

 


Water Heaters

The water heaters in the community have reached their life expectancy. If you have never replaced your water heater, please have it inspected and consider replacing the unit.
