Holiday Decorations
| With the holiday season fast approaching, we wish to remind everyone of the rules and guidelines regarding holiday decorations. Holiday decorations are allowed, but only within a certain timeframe. Specifically, you may set up your decorations 15 days before the holiday and they must be taken down no later than 15 days after the holiday. For those who wish to brighten up their homes with holiday lights, please ensure that they are UL-approved for outdoor use and are securely fastened. Also, please keep in mind that the exterior of the building must not be pierced or damaged in any way during the installation of these lights or any other decorations. If you plan on hanging wreaths, kindly use an over-the-door wreath hanger. This will help prevent any damage to the door and maintain the aesthetics of our community.
