This is effecting the front gate, lights in the common area, and you may hear fire alarm batteries beeping. The repairs are scheduled on October 29th and we hope to have all matters resolved by the October 30th.
The community is under an evacuation order. Please evacuate. Visit the Orange County Fire Authority at ocfa.org or the City of Irvine at cityofirvine.org for updated information.

Management is receiving a large amount of calls about parking in the community.
Please be reminded, that residents are required to park in the garage. The garage cannot be used for storage or other purposes.
Please do not rotate your vehicles in and out of a particular spot. Doing so prohibits other residents from using that spot. The open parking is on a first come, first served basis and should not be monopolized by one unit.

Collage Maintenance Association has contracted with Quickel Paving to seal coat your streets. While the work is in progress, you are required to park on a neighboring street.
The street and parking spots, including “reserved” parking spots, will be closed for parking on September 6, 2019 from 8:00am to 5:00pm. You may drive on the street, but may not park. Sandblasting of the white parking lines will be taking place and vehicles parked on the street or in parking spots will be towed at the owner’s expense, with no prior notice. Residents should close windows on this day to avoid dust entering the home.
When the seal coat material is applied, it will take a minimum of twenty-four (24) hours to dry, weather permitting. While the seal coat is drying it will be sticky and easily tracked if walked on or driven upon. Therefore, to protect residents and guests, the streets highlighted on the map will be barricaded beginning 7:00 AM on their respective service date. Vehicles will be permitted back on the street the following day by 5:00 PM provided the weather allows for adequate curing of the seal coat material. **Start times subject to change**
You are required to relocate your vehicle before 7:00 AM on the service date. Any vehicle found parked on the asphalt during the scheduled date/time will be towed at the vehicle owner’s expense, with no prior notice.
To ensure you will have use of your vehicle, residents are encouraged to find appropriate parking accommodations the evening before the seal coat work begins. Please be aware that any resident damaging the seal coat by driving or walking on it while the barricades are in place will be responsible for the costs of all damages and re-work.
Friday, September 6, 2019 – No street parking or in parking spaces
Tuesday, September 10, 2019 – Partial Street closure. See map.
Friday, September 13, 2019 – Partial Street closure. See map.
***Dates are subject to change due to weather.***
Thank you for your cooperation. We understand this work creates an inconvenience for everyone, however, it is necessary to protect your investment in your home.
