Parking Reminder
Residents are required to park in the garage. Please ensure that your garage is free from storage and readily available for the parking of your vehicles.
Be a good neighbor. If each resident does their part in parking in the garage, there will be plenty of parking for guest.
Community Garage Sale
The Annual Collage Garage Sale will take place on Saturday, June 3, 2017.
The deadline to be added to the directory is May 20, 2017.

Scheduled Power Outage
Dear Homeowner,
Southern California Edison has a planned power outage to allow for maintenance in the area.
The outage will take place on:
Start (estimate) Monday, March 27, 2017 at 9:00pm
End (estimate) Tuesday, March 28, 2017 at 5:00am
Please be aware that your power may be turned on and off again more than once during the outage period. Power outages may not begin or end for all customers at the stated times.

Tree Removals & Trimming
With the assistance of an Arborist, several trees in the community have been selected for removal. The majority of the trees are being removed as they are causing damage to the common area. Some are deemed a safety hazard. The tree removals as well as tree trimming will begin the week of February 22, 2017. Attached is a diagram indicating the location of the trees to be removed. Tree trimming and tree removals will take place in late January or early February, subject to the weather.
