The courtyard area by the garages is considered a Fire Lane. Please do not park in this area. Vehicles found parked in a Fire Lane are subject to immediate tow.

To report a vehicle that is violating the parking rules, please contact OC Patrol at (800) 525-1626.

The gate code to enter the community was changed in May. Should you need the code please email your request to communitycare@actionlife.com. If you are a tenant, you will need to obtain the code from the property owner.

Please use caution with the code. It should not be given out to friends or vendors. You can have your name and number added to the entry gate by sending you request to communitycare@actionlife.com.

Please contact the Community Care department of Action Property Management to schedule a large item pick up, if you have furniture or other large items to dispose of. Action will advise you on when and where to place the items, once the pick up has been scheduled.
