RE: 5 YEAR FIRE SPRINKLER INSPECTION
IMPORTANT – 2nd NOTICE: MANDATORY INSPECTION
Dear Homeowner,
South Coast Fire Protection, Inc. has been contracted by the Board of Directors of Collage Maintenance Corporation to conduct the 5 year fire sprinkler inspection and testing. This is the second attempt to gain access to your home to conduct the mandatory inspections. It is imperative that all homeowners make every effort to comply with this request and have somebody at their unit to allow access. Owners that currently rent out their home will be required to inform their tenant(s) of these inspections and ensure that someone is home on the date and time of the inspection.
The inspections will take place on June 4, 2016 and June 11, 2016. On average the inspection should take approximately 10-15 minutes. To complete these inspections, it will be necessary for our inspectors to gain access to the interior of your home to perform a visual inspection of all fire sprinklers and sound audible alarms at each building. Please see the schedule below for the date and time frame for each building
We understand the inconvenience this causes and we will make every effort to complete the inspection as quickly as possible. This is a mandatory test required by the State of California. If you will not be there to allow our technician access to your unit, please make arrangements to leave a key with a neighbor or mail a key to South Coast Fire Protection, Inc. at 1908 S. El Camino Real, San Clemente, CA 92672. They will leave the key in your unit when the inspection is complete.
Should you have any questions or special requests, please contact Sheryl Johnson at South Coast Fire Protection at 949-493-4604.
