The Community continues to finds trash in the recycle bins. When this happens the trash company penalizes the community with extras fees. This could potentially cause an increase in assessments. Please remember to only place recyclable material in the recycle bins. This includes paper, cardboard, cans and boxes.

DO NOT place trash such as plastic bags, food, dog feces, etc. in the recycle bin. If you are not sure, play it safe and put it in the trash.

Please be reminded that smoking in prohibited in the common areas. Please smoke inside of your unit or outside of the community.

Please note that there are both trash bins and recycling bins in the community. Please do not place trash in the recycling bins. This includes plastic bags. If you have a trash bag of recyclable bottles and cans, please dump them in the recycling bin and then place the plastic bag in the trash bin.

If you have a large item, such as furniture, to dispose of, please contact Action Property Management to schedule a large item pick up. The item should not be placed by the trash bins. Contact management for directions on where and when to place your item for pick up.
