As a reminder, holiday decorations are required to be removed by January 15th. If you have not removed your decorations, we ask that you do that at this time.

The annual meeting and election was adjourned to November 15, due to lack of quorum. If you have not returned your ballot, please mail it back today.
The ballots for the annual election of the Board of Directors was mailed to all owners on Friday, September 16th. Please take a moment and return your ballot. If you prefer not to vote, you can mark your ballot as “For quorum only”.

Organic Waste bins have been placed in the trash enclosures. There are five on the property. Please ensure that all organic waste is placed in these bins. Materials that can be recycled should be placed in the recycle bins.
Did you know that you can receive correspondence via email? This will save you association the cost of paper, envelope and postage. Log in to change your preference to email instead of snail mail. While you are logged in please verify that we have your correct email, phone number and mailing address.
The association continues to be fined by Waste Management for contamination of the recycle bins and for overflowing trash bins.
Please be a good neighbor and do not over fill the trash bins. Take your trash to a different bin if the one closest to your home is full. In addition, only place recyclables in the recycle bin. Do NOT place trash in the recycle bins.
If you need to discard a large item such as furniture please contact Community Care at communitycare@actionlife.com to schedule a large item pick up.
Mandatory fire sprinkler inspections will take place May 9, 2022 through May 13, 2022.
Orange County Fire Protection will needs access to the interior of every unit. Please refer to the schedule for your scheduled date and time. The schedule was recently mailed to all owners and is available by logging in by clicking, “My Account” above.
Units that miss their appointment will be charge a re-inspection fee of $160.00 for normal business hours and $480.00 for non-business hours.

Overflowing trash bins continue to be a big problem in the community. This is particularly true for the bin near the 100 building. If the trash bin is full, please take the trash to another bin. PLEASE, do not overfill the trash bins.
Please be mindful to only place recyclables in the recycle bin.
If you have a large item, such as furniture, please contact the management company to arrange for a large item pick up.
