Fire Sprinkler Replacement Update

The fire sprinkler replacement project is currently on hold. We anticipate the project to start again in August. Homeowners will be provided two weeks notice prior to the sprinklers being replaced.

Drywall Repairs

Drywall repairs are currently being completed in the 100 building. Bids are being solicited for the repairs needed in the 200 and 300 buildings. We thank you for your patience.

Fire Sprinkler Replacement

Orange County Fire Protection (OCFP) has been contracted to replace all fire sprinklers in the condominiums. This project will take several months and will be completed in phases. The first two phases are scheduled as below. Homeowners will be given two weeks notice to provide access to the home. All appointments are set by OCFP and cannot be personalized or changed. Should you need a personal appointment, the cost is $480.00 for normal business hours and $720.00 for non–business hours.

Phase 1 – Buildings 100, 200, and 300 – May 5, 2023 through May 19, 2023.

Phase 2 – Buildings 2100, 2200, and 2300 – June 5, 2023 through June 12, 2023.

Some units will need drywall repairs after the sprinkler installation. The association will schedule the repairs in the order that the sprinklers were replaced as soon as possible.

Fire Sprinkler Replacement

Orange County Fire Protection has been contracted to replace all the fire sprinklers in the community. This will be done in 8 phases. Phase 1 will start on May 1st at the 100, 200, and 300 buildings.
