The water heaters in the community have reached their life expectancy. If you have never replaced your water heater, please have it inspected and consider replacing the unit.

The courtyard area by the garages is considered a Fire Lane. Please do not park in this area. Vehicles found parked in a Fire Lane are subject to immediate tow.

To report a vehicle that is violating the parking rules, please contact OC Patrol at (800) 525-1626.

The annual election of the Board of Directors is in process. If you have not yet mailed back your ballot, please do so. Returning your ballot will help the community reach quorum so that the election can be finalized. If quorum is not met, meetings must continue to be held in an effort to reach quorum. This can add additional cost to the association.
