Holiday Decorations
| With the holiday season fast approaching, we wish to remind everyone of the rules and guidelines regarding holiday decorations. Holiday decorations are allowed, but only within a certain timeframe. Specifically, you may set up your decorations 15 days before the holiday and they must be taken down no later than 15 days after the holiday. For those who wish to brighten up their homes with holiday lights, please ensure that they are UL-approved for outdoor use and are securely fastened. Also, please keep in mind that the exterior of the building must not be pierced or damaged in any way during the installation of these lights or any other decorations. If you plan on hanging wreaths, kindly use an over-the-door wreath hanger. This will help prevent any damage to the door and maintain the aesthetics of our community. If your unit is rented, please remind your tenants of the rules Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. We look forward to seeing your festive decorations! |
Pet Reminders
Please keep all dogs on a leash when in the common areas and pick up after your pet.

Pool Reminders
Pool and Spa hours:
Sunday through Thursday – 7 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Friday and Saturday – 7 a.m. to 12 midnight
Please be reminded:
~For safety reasons, no children fourteen and younger are allowed in the pool/spa area without supervision of a resident 18 years and older at all times.

Trash Reminders
Please remember the following regarding disposing of trash items:
-There are separate bins for organic waste. Please locate the bin closest to your unit.
-Place recyclables in the recycle bin. DO NOT place trash in the recycle bins.
-Please break down boxes before placing them in the recycle bin.
-Please do not leave trash on the ground. Place all trash in the appropriate bin.
-Contact Action Property Management to schedule a large item picked up. Do NOT place large items in the trash enclosures.

Fire Sprinkler Replacement
The fire sprinkler replacement project is on phase 4 out of 8 phases. Each owner/resident will be given approximately two weeks advanced notice with a mandatory prescheduled and non-re-schedulable repair date and time.
Phase 5 is tentatively scheduled for to begin on April 29th.
